Black Patch Revival is a psychedelic rock band hailing from Paducah, Kentucky. Known for the relentless pace of their live shows, the group has become a staple in the Paducah music scene.

In February 2025, the band self-produced a live-stream performance to coincide with the Super Bowl Halftime Show. It was streamed simultaneously to YouTube and Facebook and has received thousands of views.

The band is set to record their first album in the fall of 2025.
